The service

Often our talented photographers can simply adapt to the environment on the fly. However depending on the complexity of the project or the venue we will often recommend a consultation and site visit. This is especially the case for live events or conferences.

Your requirements are critical to the success of your photography. It is important that we understand your market and business fully before starting to produce your photography. Therefore we will assess your requirements, company and industry before progressing to a consultation session with our photographer. There are a few things that our photographer will need to know about the venue such as lighting, space and logistics before the photo shoot can be planned. For live events for example we will need to ensure we will have optimal viewing angles.

Delivery of our images will be on a CD by default but we can also provide you with printing services or any other media services that may be of interest to you such as DVDs. We do not retain any royalty on the images we produce so your business with then be in possession of a valuable asset that can be used repeatedly without any additional cost.
